The contributor grants Accenti Magazine permission to publish the submitted text and/or image in Accenti Magazine in digital or printed form. The contributor further agrees that the final editing of the text and/or image and the formatted position of the text and/or image online or in print are at the sole discretion of the publisher. Copyright of the text and/or image remain the property of the contributor.

The contributor warrants that all rights to the text and/or image are held by the contributor, and the contributor holds harmless Accenti Magazine against any and all liability, loss, damage, cost or expense, paid or incurred by reason of the publication of the text and/or image. Re-publication elsewhere of material first published in Accenti should acknowledge Accenti.
